Refund & Cancellation Policy

No recurring billing

The Founding Basic Membership and approved add-ons are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically, so there is no recurring subscription to cancel. Membership ends on the date shown in your account; add-ons expire or are consumed according to their published terms.

Before payment

You can cancel on PayPal before approving payment. If you cancel or PayPal declines the order, no access, boost, or Super Likes are activated.

Payment or access problems

If you see a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or confirmed payment without the promised access, contact Kindred Spirits support so the transaction can be reviewed. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. When a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, any access or add-on granted by that transaction may end. Rights required by applicable law still apply.

Removed accounts

Accounts removed for fraud, false identity, underage access, harassment, illegal activity, or other serious violations are not automatically eligible for a refund. Requests may be reviewed using the payment record, access or add-on usage, applicable law, and the reason for enforcement.

Request help

Use the Kindred Spirits support form and choose “billing.” Never send passwords, verification codes, full payment credentials, or identity-document images in a support request.
